*All hourly prices are 1 hour minimum billed on the 1/4 hour thereafter unless otherwise noted. If the additional service can be coordinated with our current schedule in your area, billing time begins when we reach your home. In the event we cannot coordinate additional services with the schedule for your area the billing time begins when we leave our office location and ends when we arrive back at our office when the onsite time is less than 3 hours. When the onsite time exceeds 3 hours your charge will then be the actual onsite time, no drive time will be billed. Please NOTE: Every effort will be made to coordinate your additional service with the scheduled inspections in your area.
