Unexpected damage

What is your typical response time for an emergency check?
For established clients, Miller IA Solutions targets a same-day response for all urgent alerts. We aim to be on-site within a few hours of notification depending on the severity, location, access, and availability. Due to local conditions or access enforcement from local authorities .
Are emergency services available 24/7?
Yes, we monitor for critical issues like storm damage or water leaks around the clock for our Priority Tier clients. We understand that emergencies don't stick to business hours.

Does an emergency visit count toward my monthly plan?
Emergency visits are billed separately from your standard recurring Home Watch inspections, unless otherwise specified in your Priority Tier service agreement.
